Our entry-level brand, Understory is made to enjoy in its youth. The wine is vinified entirely in stainless steel, in an off-dry style, to preserve delicate fruit aromas of white plum, apple and wet stone with an acidity that leaves the palette refreshed. A great wine for light summer time meals or simply by itself.
